Minimum Requirements
• Degree / Adv. Dipl. In Security Management (NQF 7) with 5 years Security Supervisory experience OR
• National Diploma in Security Management (NQF 6) with 6 years Security Supervisory experience OR
• Diploma in Security Management (NQF 5) – with 7 years Security Supervisory experience
Professional Registration Body:
• Private Security Regulation Authority Registration Grade A with Security Management

Key Responsibilities
• Implements the divisional security strategy at Business / Operating Units
• Implements and coordinates the business Unit / Operating Unit’s stakeholder/customer service plan
• Develops, implements and maintains the Business/Operating Unit’s security performance management plan
• Implements and coordinates the Business/Operating Unit’s security applications
• Manages external service providers
• Implements and maintains the Business Unit’s security change/awareness management program
