SAB: TVET HR Inservice Traineeship Programme 2026 / 2027

Location: Alrode Brewery / Newlands Brewery / Polokwane Brewery / Alrode Depot / Bara Depot / Isando Depot

The key purpose of this role is to assist learners with undertaking a period of workplace-based learning as part of the requirement to obtain an “N” Diploma. The learner will be provided with an opportunity to gain practical work experience through our In-Service Training Programme.

Key Outputs and Responsibilities:

• The Internship is a structured work integrated learning programme
• Assist with day-to-day operations and tasks
• Gain hands-on experience
• Support administrative and technical duties as required
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Collaborate with team members and contribute to projects
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Duration:

• 18 Months

Minimum Requirements:

• N6 National Certificate in Human Resources Management
