Join our dedicated team at Putco as a Nightshift Bus Cleaner in Johannesburg, Gauteng, South Africa. In this full-time role, you will play a critical part in maintaining the cleanliness and overall condition of our fleet, ensuring that every bus meets safety and hygiene standards. Key Responsibilities
• Conduct thorough cleaning of buses, including vacuums, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Inspect buses for cleanliness and report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor.
• Work collaboratively with fellow cleaners to ensure all buses are prepared for service.
• Follow safety protocols and use appropriate cleaning supplies as instructed.
• Maintain an organized and efficient cleaning schedule to meet operational demands.
• Engage in team meetings to discuss cleaning strategies and improvements.
Document and communicate any irregularities or concerns during the cleaning processes.
Required and preferred qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to teamwork.
• Previous cleaning or maintenance experience is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning products and techniques.
