We are currently seeking a Male Security Officers. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and their property.
Tasks
-Patrol assigned areas to ensure the safety and security of the premises
-Monitor CCTV cameras and alarm systems
-Respond to emergencies and incidents in a timely and efficient manner
-Maintain accurate records of daily activities and incidents
-Report any suspicious behavior or activities to the appropriate authorities
Requirements
-Must have a valid and up-to-date PSIRA
-Previous experience as a security guard is advantageous
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Ability to work effectively in a team environment
-Must be reliable, trustworthy, and responsible

• Conduct training needs analysis and developing relevant training material
• Deliver classroom, practical, and on-site training sessions
• Assess learners’ competence and maintain accurate training records
• Ensure compliance with PSIRA and other industry regulations
• Collaborate with Operations and HR to align training with business needs
• Continuously update training material based on new regulations or incidents
What you’ll need
• Grade 12 certificate (compulsory) and relevant tertiary qualification in Training & Development or Security Management
• PSIRA-registered (Grade B or higher)
• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in the security industry, including training facilitation
• ETDP/SETQAA Assessor qualification is advantageous
• Valid driver’s license and own vehicle
• Clear criminal record
Skills & Competencies:
• Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills; presentable and able to engage effectively with learners
• Strong understanding of security operations and compliance standards
• Ability to assess, coach, and motivate learners
• Sound organizational and reporting skills; results-driven
